Sybase Tops Infoworld List In Customer Support
Sybase, Inc. announced that its online technical support newsgroups have been named winner of the "Best Customer Support" award as part of InfoWorld magazine's Best Product of the Year special issue. The Sybase newsgroups, offer support from Sybase employees as well as "Team Sybase" members, a group of technical Sybase customers who dedicate free time to answering customer questions on Sybase's Internet newsgroups. The Sybase award marks the first time the Best Technical Support award has gone to an Internet support offering. Sybase's online newsgroups, available to the public, were selected by InfoWorld readers and recognized for offering quick response and clear answers. The primary newsgroup related to SQL Anywhere Studio was highlighted for exceptional technical support.
