COGNOS LAUNCHES NEW E-BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE APPLICATIONS UNIT

Cognos has created a new business unit to deliver packaged applications for e-business that provide a return on corporate investment. The "e-Business Intelligence Applications Business Unit's" analytical applications are aimed at ensuring organizations derive value from their business critical data. The business unit addresses the growing market created by enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and supply chain management (SCM) deployments.
