NCR and Gentia Partner to Provide Balanced Scorecard Solution

Gentia Software and NCR have formed a partnership to deliver Balanced Scorecard solutions to Customer Relationship Management and Data Warehousing customers. This global agreement enables NCR to use Gentia's market leading Balanced Scorecard application to provide a strategic management environment for its Teradata based CRM solutions. The initial focus of joint activities will primarily be in Europe.

A Balanced Scorecard gives decision-makers across organizations a complete view of performance as well as a framework to ensure that operational resources are aligned with strategic direction. Under the terms of the agreement, NCR have the ability to provide customers with the ability to leverage the Balanced Scorecard for implementation of their CRM strategies.
