Intuitive Manufacturing Systems Partners with Timeline

Intuitive Manufacturing Systems, a leading provider of enterprise resource planning software for small manufacturers, announced they have entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Timeline Inc to co-develop and integrate Timeline's data mart management and financial reporting technology into MRP9000, Intuitive's ERP software solution.

Timeline Analyst, a suite of dynamic financial analysis, reporting and budgeting software solutions, will add significant functionality to Intuitive's MRP9000, providing customers with a powerful new tool for automating and simplifying financial reporting and management either through Microsoft Excel or over the Web.

"Together, the two products will deliver exceptional financial reporting functionality to smaller manufacturers, including multi-company financial management and consolidation. With the core financial data provided by MRP9000, and the sophisticated yet easy-to-use presentation and analytical tools of Timeline Analyst, the integrated solution provides controllers, financial analysts and executives with convenient templates and automated reporting. Additionally, for companies with multiple divisions or sites, consolidated financial reporting can be added, providing managers and analysts strategic and operational reporting capabilities.

Intuitive's ERP system, MRP9000, includes inventory management, manufacturing, purchasing, production planning, shop floor control and accounting functionality. Intuitive will sell the integrated version of Timeline Analyst as an optional financial reporting component for their core ERP system. Timeline is one of several strategic technology partners to be selected by Intuitive to extend the functionality of MRP9000.
