New Automated Data Tools, DM Solutions for HospitalsDavid Manigault & Associates (DMA), a California Limited Liability Company, has signed three major business agreements. These agreements [NEON bTrade.com, Inc and the Health Care EDI Coalition (HEDIC)], clears the way for DMA to introduce its highly awaited Automated Data Retrieval, Data Mining and Data Posting Solutions tools (ADRS) to Business Office and Material Managers of healthcare facilities across the country. ADRS provides low cost, high quality tools to manage information and greatly reduce the cost of processing data, while providing a vehicle for reviewing Medicare and Medicaid related compliance issues. The tools are a collection of products from third party vendors, integrated to form the ADRS software. A typical tool will download a UB92 claims form from a Patient Accounting System (PAS) and an Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) from the Payers Adjudication System. The tools identify Medicare and Medicaid rule violations, claims follow-up, claim history, claim errors and a wealth of other data mining activities. The tools also provide remedies, which will be used to upload information directly into PAS without the expensive reprogramming or data entry staff. This process will save data entry labor cost and greatly reduce errors. ADRS uses secure ANSI X-12.-58 data encryption, rules-based ANSI.X-12 translation, standard data mining, information retrieval and API level interfaces back to legacy systems. The ADRS software will be available through the Health Care EDI Coalition. HEDIC can be reached at 501-661-9408. David Manigault & Associates, LLC is a private software development company. DMA has created software solutions that have posted over 55 Billion Dollars of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial and Collections Agency Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) directly into provider Patient Accounting Systems. These applications have saved providers millions of dollars in data entry cost and greatly reduces data entry errors. Contact David Manigault & Associates, 562-484-0648 x1 davidm.dma@att.net. |
