Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co Selects DataMentors IncData Mentors Inc, a leading provider of database integrity software systems and services, announced that Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. has selected DataMentors' newly released householding system, DM DataFuse, to "clean" and match customer information for loading into their corporate data warehouse. At present, DataMentors is processing Morgan Stanley Dean Witter's data as an ASP (application service provider) on a monthly basis, but Morgan Stanley Dean Witter may purchase the software program outright and run it in-house at some future date. "More and more companies are focusing on improving the integrity of the information they maintain on their customers," said DataMentors president Bob Orf, "as a key tool in their efforts to improve customer service." Orf said that without accurate information about customers, their family members and the various services provided, a company's ability to cross-sell additional services is severely hampered. "We are particularly pleased that an industry leader such as MSDW has given us this vote of confidence," said Orf. "Having them as a client has already opened many additional doors for our young company." DataMentors Inc, headquartered in Tampa, Fla., was founded in January 1999 by industry veterans with proven success designing and developing database marketing products. DataMentors has also established partnerships with Group 1 Software and Hays Marketing Technology located in the U.K. Contact Bev Tannenbaum, 813-960-7800 of DataMentors Inc. |
