TSI Recruits Expert Analytical Talent

Technology Strategy Inc (TSI), a leading provider of advanced price optimization and inventory planning solutions for retail and e-tail merchants, announced it has made further additions to its world-class analytical team with the recruitment of three new Scientists. The new Scientists include: Dr. Peter Gaidarev, Ph.D., Senior Scientist; Derek W. Fox, Ph.D. Candidate, Senior Scientist; and Dr. Anjali Khare, Ph.D., Scientist.

Dr. Peter Gaidarev joins TSI's solution development and delivery team. He brings strong quantitative, problem solving and software development skills to help build custom price optimization solutions for TSI's clients. He has extensive experience developing and using predictive and pattern recognition algorithms. Dr. Gaidarev's academic training includes a Bachelors Degree in Physics from Novosibirisk University, Russia and a Ph.D. in Physics from Cornell University.

Derek Fox is joining TSI's R&D group with a focus on algorithm enhancement and new product development. Mr. Fox developed his quantitative and analytical skills through his advanced academic training and research experience. He has completed extensive research on the physics of compact objects and their accretion flows. Mr. Fox received his Bachelors Degree in Physics from Princeton University, Summa Cum Laude and is a candidate for a Ph.D. in Physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dr. Anjali Khare will utilize her mathematical capabilities and experience analyzing large data sets to assist in TSI's solution development efforts. She strengthens TSI's analytical team with expertise in Monte Carlo methods, linear programming and finite difference methods. Dr. Khare recently completed a post-doctoral research project on calculating the properties of materials using statistical physics and molecular simulations at MIT, and a study of liquid crystals using molecular modeling and statistical mechanical theories at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Her academic training includes a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Bombay Institute of Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
