Infocrossing Inc, a premier provider of managed colocation services, announced it will build a 52,000 square foot Internet Data Center in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The Southeastern location is part of Infocrossing's national rollout of 20 IDCs in prime markets. Located in Norcross, GA., the new facility will enhance the Company's capacity to provide network neutral high availability IDC space to Internet Service Providers, growing dot.com companies, and other organizations that outsource their Internet business.

This 52,000 square foot Internet Data Center is designed specifically to manage complex IT infrastructures and meet the mission-critical requirements of Global 2000 e-businesses. Infocrossing's IDCs are a virtual extension of the corporate enterprise where business customers have their choice of highspeed connectivity and from multiple telecommunication carriers. The Atlanta IDC will feature a state-of-the-art command center powered by IBM-Tivoli software conforming to the company's strict standards of security, redundancy and quality through its Enterprise Quality of Service (eQoS).

All Infocrossing IDCs have raised flooring, lockable cages, climate-control HVAC, a self-contained power plant with battery backup and auxiliary diesel generators, smoke detection, fire suppression with FM200 gas, on-duty guards, card entry systems and video surveillance."
