Novient Announces Alliance With Hyperion

Novient Inc, a global provider of Internet infrastructure for the services industry, has announced a strategic alliance with Hyperion Solutions Corporation, a leader in business analysis software. This alliance will allow customers to integrate Hyperion's market leading OLAP (online analytical processing) technology and packaged eCRM analysis applications with Novient's suite of solutions for the services industry.

Under the agreement, Novient will deliver Novient eServices Practice Management, a packaged application built upon the Hyperion eCRM analysis platform, which includes Hyperion Essbase OLAP Server and Hyperion Wired for OLAP. The combination of Novient eServices Practice Management and Hyperion's eCRM analysis platform will allow services organization executives to monitor, manage and improve practice profitability, customer satisfaction and employee retention. For example, a Novient eServices user can create customized views of strategic information, such as forecasted revenue and utilization by client, region and consultant role.
