Rosetta Inpharmatics Launches the Rosetta Resolver System

Rosetta Inpharmatics Inc announced the commercial launch of the Rosetta Resolver Expression Data Analysis System, an enterprise-wide, bioinformatics solution for deciphering the enormous amount of gene-expression data being generated by the genomics revolution. The Rosetta Resolver System has completed extensive testing and validation under a six-month Early Access Program with DuPont Pharmaceuticals, and is now available through Rosetta's strategic partner, Agilent Technologies.

The Rosetta Resolver Expression Data Analysis System provides high-capacity data storage, retrieval and analysis of large volumes of expression data. The system is designed to analyze tens of thousands of expression profiling experiments simultaneously among multiple groups and multiple sites. This solution is ideal for pharmaceutical and life science companies needing to assess compound specificity, identify new genes or targets, or compare compound profiles to gold standards for existing drugs or agrochemicals. The Rosetta Resolver System combines flexibility and ease of use with high-performance algorithms to produce rapid, analysis of complex gene expression data. The system can accept and analyze data from multiple expression profiling formats.
