thinkAnalytics Launches Partner Alliance Program

thinkAnalytics Corp, the provider of an integrated suite of customer relationship analytic applications, launched a multi-tier partner program at DCI's CRM Conference in Boston, MA as it creates a nationwide channel to market and resell its flagship application, thinkCRA.

thinkAnalytics is recruiting a limited number of qualified organizations active in implementing CRM and e-business solutions that are seeking to enhance the value of their offering with Customer Relationship Analytics (CRA). Partners will include consulting firms, VARs, platform partners and system integrators. The multi-tier program has three levels: alliance partner, premier partner and strategic partner. Sales and technical training, along with marketing support, are provided at all levels via regional alliance managers.

"What enterprises need is a toolset/methodology that lightens the data mining burden without delivering `data mining lite' results," said Bob Moran, research vice president and managing director, decision support, Aberdeen Group. "thinkAnalytics Corporation is stepping up to this customer analytic challenge with its new suite of software, called thinkCRA."

thinkAnalytics' consulting partners will deliver consulting services to assist the customer in the installation, customization, and integration of thinkCRA. The reseller program is designed for companies that are interested in selling a total solution to a customer that includes software and consulting services.

The platform partner program has been created to allow partner companies and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) the ability to customize and deliver knowledge discovery applications using all or part of the thinkAnalytics product suite.

"As a software company, our focus is to consistently develop and improve the best application on the market for Customer Relationship Analytics," said Tim Jones, president and CTO of thinkAnalytics. "Therefore, we are actively looking to recruit partners who can take our technology and mould it to the needs of individual customers."

"We are seeking to engage partners who endeavor to enhance their customers' e-business and front-office CRM implementations by delivering actionable, intelligent and predictive analysis and data mining provided by the thinkCRA product suite," said Roy Oake, director of business alliance, thinkAnalytics Corp. "To ensure the success of our partners, we have developed a `bestpractices' methodology and toolset, which facilitates a consistent and repeatable model for identifying, managing and supporting our mutual customers."
