ONLINE INSIGHT ANNOUNCES PRECISION INSIGHTS

Online Insight Inc, an eCRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) profiling solutions technology company, announced that it has completed the build out of Precision Insights, Online Insight's next generation customer insight technology. The new product, built on SAS architecture, will provide companies with the most comprehensive view of their customers' purchasing behavior and motivations on the Internet to date.

The Precision Insights solution is Web-enabled, allowing companies to retrieve and analyze data from online customer buying interactions and develop marketing and product planning models from their desktop. Online Insight's Precision Insights is built on SAS Institute's e-intelligence solution, including data warehousing and reporting tools, to provide a seamless user interface. SAS software will provide the infrastructure for Precision Insights' data mining and reporting capabilities on buyer purchasing activity as well as warehouse the customer profiles and integrate them with other data sources.

These customer interactions generate Motivation-Driven Profiles, which capture customers' explicit buying motivations and trade-offs among decision-making criteria.
