DreamJewels Selects Sideware's eCRM Solution

Sideware, a leading developer of customer service solutions for ebusinesses, announced that its electronic customer relationship management (eCRM) technology has been selected by DreamJewels. The B2B2C online gem exchange, which will debut in September 2000, will use Sideware's Dr. Bean technology to offer Web-based customer service to the 19 manufacturers and over 5000 retailers who will use its site to buy and sell gems and jewelry.
