Pattie Maes to Address NCR Teradata User Conference

Pattie Maes, associate professor at MIT's Media Laboratory and founder of Firefly Network Inc, will address NCR Corporation's data warehousing and CRM customers, prospects, partners and employees at the company's annual user conference in Orlando. Maes will be a keynote speaker at the closing session of the conference, known as NCR PARTNERS, speaking on Wednesday, September 27.

An expert on software agents and personalization, Maes will speak on electronic communities and one-to-one marketing over the Internet, a complement to the customer relationship management (CRM) strategy and management track scheduled for the conference.
