Computer Concepts Corp is Now Direct Insite

Mr. James Cannavino, Chairman of Computer Concepts Corp announced at the company's annual shareholders' meeting that the shareholders elected to change the company name to Direct Insite Corp to better reflect the new business strategy the company has now initiated. The company, listed on the NASDAQ Small Cap Exchange will trade under the symbol DIRI commencing, September 6, 2000.

During his presentation, Mr. Cannavino outlined his vision of the company's future growth. He detailed an expanded suite of business services, based upon the dbExpress data mining technology, that can now be marketed directly to Fortune 2000 companies thus greatly expanding the revenue potential for the company. "The combination of our company's extensive telecommunications industry experience with the patented dbExpress technologies offers the end business customer a new tool set, not previously available to them, which can generate significant cost reductions on corporate telecommunications expenses."

Mr. Cannavino also announced that he recruited telecommunications expert Larry York and plans on utilizing his consulting and telecommunications background to develop the telecommunications Solutions Management services. He explained how the existing technology will be combined with industry expertise to deliver a unique turnkey solution to several new market segments, including the Fortune 2000, government agencies, colleges and universities, call centers and buying consortiums. He further added that this new suite of services would deliver great value by minimizing and verifying costs, optimizing future network planning and spending while providing end users with the "Direct Insite" to manage and control their entire corporate communications budget. Mr. York concluded by stating, "It is very exciting to be taking our technology to new market segments and providing them with cost reductions and the necessary information to manage all aspects of their telecommunication services."

Mr. Cannavino noted that "with the aide of dbExpress' expanded capabilities, we can now offer corporations the ability to consolidate, analyze and review hundreds of millions of call detail records, generally months or years worth of data, creating a distinctive portrait of past usage and trends. This distinct advantage provides us with the ability to generate valuable information that will assist our customers with telecommunication budgeting, network planning and resource management. dbExpress also enables Direct Insite to automate and monitor contract compliance and more effectively negotiate service agreements with telecommunication carriers.

Anthony Coppola, president, presented his objectives for revenue growth from the server farm business. "Infrastructure enhancements, software upgrades and recent strategic partnerships have greatly improved our product offering to the telecommunication market place. We now have a much more robust and complete service to offer. We are confident that we can achieve our sales and profitability targets for the upcoming fiscal year."

Mr. Cannavino stated that he believes the company could see profitability beginning the third quarter of 2001. He concluded, "our goals are simple: we must obtain operational profitability by maintaining the low expense and high efficiency operation achieved through the restructuring plan put in place in March, 2000, and more importantly, build a solid, growing, consistent revenue base."
