Credito Agricola Using Gentia's Web-based Apps

Gentia Software, a leading provider of intelligent analytical applications, announced that Caixa Central de Credito Agricola Mutuo of Portugal has implemented the Company's Web-based performance management system. The application integrates and deploys commercial data throughout the retail-banking network to improve information availability for customers.

Gentia's solution connects Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 through an OLE-DB for OLAP interface to deliver a fully secure, high-speed information management system. Data from different business functions including marketing, corporate and finance is integrated, consolidated and made available online to support decision-making. Previously, the bank had one database populated with management data that executives could not access directly.
