InfoEcho Completes Merger with InFact Data

InfoEcho officials announced that the Carrollton-based information technology company has merged with InFact Data, an information technology professional services firm located in Dallas, Texas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The newly merged company will be called InfoEcho, with Curtis Grant serving as Chief Executive Officer.

Grant said that the merger fit with the plans of both companies to grow their consulting practices in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. InfoEcho is a technical services firm that provides customer-focused services ranging from business intelligence and data warehousing to the development of wireless Internet and Web-based solutions. InFact Data specialized exclusively in the field of data warehousing, focusing on Fortune 100 clients with tremendous retail customer bases in the telecommunications, apparel and beverage industries.
