Direct Insite/Moore to Offer B2B Internet Billing and DM

Direct Insite Corp (formerly Computer Concepts Corp) a leader in the development of data analysis software technology, and Moore Business Communication Services (BCS), a division of Moore Corporation Limited, a leader in print and digital communications, announced an agreement that offers a fully integrated Data Mining and Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) solution. This agreement combines Direct Insite's d.b.Express technology with Moore's EBPP capabilities delivering a complete end-to-end solution to Moore BCS' billing customers.

As a result of this alliance, large corporate clients will now be able to receive and pay bills through the Internet and analyze high volumes of transactional data online. Clients will access virtually unlimited amounts of information, all within a user-friendly, intuitive Web-based application environment via industry-standard browsers. This comprehensive solution also provides companies the ease and flexibility to generate an endless variety of customized reports by simply selecting and sorting specific information critical to their business needs. These analysis capabilities can be accomplished immediately without downloading data to a separate desktop application.

"We are very excited about this agreement and the ability to offer a total solution that exceeds other available capabilities in the market today," said Ann Herring, vice president, Marketing and Business Development, Moore BCS. "Integrating Direct Insite's d.b.Express tool with our on-line presentment offering helps our large billing customers provide greater value to their clients. With this offering, their clients gain the ability to conduct immediate analysis on large amounts of data, providing the speed and knowledge needed to make informed business decisions without sorting through enormous amounts of detail."

By linking to data within high transactional volume bills, the recipient can perform real time analysis to detect business trends and/or respond to critical business issues such as unusual usage or variances. In addition, ad hoc reports and graphs can be produced which assist businesses in managing and controlling discretionary costs.

"Our agreement with Moore BCS is an outstanding achievement for the Direct Insite team and enhances the position of our d.b.Express technology in the telecommunications marketplace. The unification of the Moore BCS' Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment platform and d.b.Express creates a powerful solution offered by Moore BCS to its customers," stated Anthony Coppola president of Direct Insite.
