Halliday as Chief Financial Officer. Halliday joins Unica from Ionics, a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange, where he served as executive vice president, Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer. At Ionics, Halliday was responsible for the financial and MIS functions of the company. As Chief Operating Officer, he facilitated growth from $109 million to $360 million in sales, completed 18 acquisitions, and evaluated MIS systems for Ionics' 30 operating units. In addition, he was instrumental in developing and implementing strategic business and operating plans across the company.
