ChipPAC Selects Hyperion's Business Analysis Software

Hyperion, a leader in business analysis software, announced that ChipPAC Inc, one of the largest independent semiconductor assembly and test contractors worldwide, has selected Hyperion's business analysis software to optimize its business. ChipPAC turned to Hyperion to deploy a world-class financial planning and factory optimization analysis solution.
