The Bernhardt Agency, a leading high-tech strategic marketing and communications agency based in Portland, Oregon, announced it has been named agency of record for advertising and public relations by ViaChange.com Inc, a developer of next-generation, business-to-business eCommerce solutions for trading mortgages and other financial instruments in the secondary market.

This Fall, ViaChange will be launching a global eCommerce exchange that enables participants to efficiently and expediently buy, sell, analyze and automate the settlement of whole loans and eventually, mortgage-related securities.
