DecisionPoint Applications Appoints Dawn Olson

DecisionPoint Applications Inc, (DPA), a leading international packaged data warehouse and analytical applications vendor, announced it has appointed Dawn Olsen as its new vice president for services. Olsen will be responsible for implementations, customer support center, training, and technical publications for all of DPA's worldwide offices.

Olsen was most recently with buy.com where she managed and enhanced the data warehouse for traffic and product analysis. She was in charge of the IT team for customer services selection of solutions for all customer touch points and direct marketing. This appointment highlights DPA's determination to ensure continual growth, capture market share and show its commitment to its customers.
