TSE to Test MindfulEye's Internet Monitoring Service

MindfulEye Inc announced that its subsidiary, MindfulEye.com Systems Inc, has entered into a technology development agreement with the Toronto Stock Exchange Inc (TSE). Under the terms of the agreement, the Market Surveillance Division of TSE Regulation Services (TSERS) will receive access to MindfulEye's real-time artificial intelligence technology for monitoring the Internet. In exchange, the securities regulator will assist MindfulEye in building new features for its surveillance products. MindfulEye is currently developing versions of its surveillance technology for regulators and public companies.

The MindfulEye surveillance service offers aggregated coverage of real-time chat, online discussion forums, news groups, Web editorial and real-time news. Robert Cook, Director of Market Surveillance at TSERS said, "As the use of the Internet grows, information originating there will increasingly affect the market. To ensure a well-regulated market, we continually look for new technology to assist us in monitoring news sources. We're very pleased to be working with MindfulEye as we strive to improve our efficiency in monitoring and investigating market activity."

"We believe that our relationships with the two largest securities exchanges in Canada will help us continue with an aggressive roll-out of Internet market surveillance tools for public companies, regulatory bodies, and securities exchanges."
