Transenda and NCR Team Up to Help State Tax Agencies

TranSenda International, LLC and data warehousing leader NCR Corporation have joined forces to bring electronic tax filing and advanced data analysis to state tax agencies.

Tax agencies using technology from TranSenda and NCR will be able to quickly and easily transform mountains of hard copy business and consumer tax filings into an electronic database that can be used to both speed processing and discover tax non-compliance.

As part of the two companies' new agreement, TranSenda will provide TranSenda Central, a middleware product that can acquire any kind of data (such as forms) and processes them electronically over the Internet. This virtually eliminates manual paper-based processing, saving time and money. The agreement also includes NCR's Teradata database, which enables government and commercial organizations to store and analyze large amounts of data.
