INEA Appoints Senior Executives to Board of Directors

Joining the company's co-founders -- Mark Ruddock, president and CEO, and Andrew Beck, Chief Technology Officer -- are:

• Scott Perry, vice president, Strategy and Business Development at AT&T Business Services/AT&T Solutions
• Sean McNamara, Executive vice president, Finance & Insurance at EDS Canada
• Dr. Robin Louis, president of Ventures West Management Inc

Board of Directors

Scott Perry, who currently heads up Strategy and Business Development at AT&T Business Services/AT&T Solutions, has been a key member of the company's senior management team since 1989. Previous top management jobs include vice president, AT&T Advanced Platform Services; vice president, AT&T Business Multimedia Services, and vice president, Marketing Strategy and Technical Support for AT&T's Data Systems Group. Before joining AT&T, Perry was with IBM for almost sixteen years. During that time he held a number of marketing, sales management and executive positions. Perry serves on various industryleading advisory boards, including the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA), and the Network Planning and Policy Advisory Council for UCAID (the University Corporation for Advanced Internet Development).

Sean McNamara is Executive vice president, Finance and Insurance at EDS Canada. Prior to joining EDS, McNamara spent three years as a consultant within the financial services industry. He has also held senior executive positions at American Express Bank of Canada, ScotiaBank, Manulife Financial, and Canada Trust.

Dr. Robin Louis, president of Ventures West, oversees the firm's operations and investment funds, and also participates in Ventures West's investment activities with a focus on companies in the software industry. Prior to joining Ventures West in 1991, Robin was the CEO of a publicly traded software company that became the leader in its marketplace. Robin currently serves as a director of: BandGap Photonics Inc, Chancery Software Ltd, Pivotal Corp, Prologic Corp, Sonigistix Corp and Voyus Ltd.
