Yogi 2.1 Illustrates the Power of PurpleYogi

PurpleYogi Inc, a creator of distributed knowledge management software called Discovery Systems which make networks aware, announced the availability of the Yogi 2.1 Internet Discovery System with new user profile customization functionality.

The Yogi is an intelligent, personalized, content discovery application that automatically links users to information of interest. The 2.1 release enables users to specify what topics the Yogi should link to them throughout the day. Users can now select topics by browsing or searching for them within Yogi's growing directory of several thousand interest categories. Users can also add topics of interest or remove topics that no longer interest them.

Like prior releases, the Yogi still automatically discovers an individual's interests based on what they read online, then dynamically builds a profile based on those interests. With 2.1, customers have the flexibility to tell Yogi their distinct interests and be immediately linked to relevant information.
