PurpleYogi Secures $13.8 Million in New Equity Funding

PurpleYogi Inc, a creator of distributed knowledge management software called Discovery Systems which make networks aware, announced the completion of a $13.8 million round of private equity financing led by At India, which has H&Q Asia Pacific as a lead investor and strategic partner. This round also included investments from SOFTBANK Venture Capital, Infosys Technologies Ltd, and individual investors.
