Norkom Technologies Licenses Alchemist to Vhi Healthcare

Norkom Technologies has licensed its intelligent customer interaction software Norkom Alchemist to Vhi Healthcare, Ireland's largest health insurer. Vhi Healthcare will use Norkom Alchemist to help facilitate their transition to a customer-oriented multi-product enterprise.

"We will be using Norkom Alchemist as part of our overall customer relationship strategy, to help us pro-actively anticipate our customer requirements in order to ensure cost efficiency in executing our marketing strategies.
