Hitachi Innovative Solutions/NCR's Teradata Form Alliance

Hitachi Innovative Solutions Corporation (HISC), an IT solutions provider, announced its newly established marketing and technology alliance with Teradata, a division of NCR Corporation.

Under the agreement, the companies will share intellectual capital for their customers and share business development leads. In joint solution offerings, HISC and Teradata will provide high-tier services and products to the quickly growing mid-tier solutions integration market.

The HISC and Teradata partnership will allow firms in these target industries to collect, store, and analyze the data needed for customer profitability analysis, credit management, trend analysis, and demand forecasting. The partnership will give data warehousing customers both the technology and services they need to obtain and maintain a competitive advantage through the intelligent use of data.
