Whitecross Announces First Analytics Offering for Broadband

WhiteCross Systems, a leading provider of Analytical CRM applications and services for comprehensive data analysis and reporting, announced that it has developed the first packaged analytical service for the burgeoning broadband market. WX/BroadbandAnalytics, (WX/BBA), is the first analytics offering to provide a holistic view of broadband activity and usage at the packet level. The announcement was made in conjunction with WhiteCross' joint participation with Xacct Technologies Inc (booth #213) at the Operations Support Systems World Show, the premier industry event for communications service providers, being held here this week.
