Avaya Selects NetGenesis E-Metrics Solution

Avaya selected NetGenesis' E-Metrics solution suite to measure activity on its external and internal Web sites, and make more informed content decisions based upon demonstrated customer behavior. Delivered through solution provider partner BlackPearl, NetGenesis' next-generation analytics and customized reporting features will enable Avaya to optimize site content and design, catering to the needs of customers and ultimately increasing customer satisfaction.
