Teradata CRM Solution is Finalist for Second TDWI Award

CRM Solution V. 4 from Teradata, division of NCR Corporation has been selected as a finalist in the Customer Analytics category of the Pioneering Products Shootout, held by The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI). Competitors will present their products on Thursday, March 1st, with the winner announced at the beginning of the keynote session on Friday, March 2nd at The Wyndham Hotel in Palm Springs, FL. Teradata is contending for its second TDWI award; Teradata customer Harrah's Entertainment won the "2000 Leadership in Data Warehousing" award for its Total Rewards program. This year, TDWI has recognized Teradata's more specific expertise in CRM Analytics, software that charts the information stored in the data warehouse and spots specific patterns of customer behavior.

The Pioneering Products Shootout is part of the TDWI World Conferences-Winter 2001, launched this month. TDWI World Conferences bring together the leading visionaries, practitioners, and pioneers in the data warehousing and business intelligence.
