Located just outside Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, Elytics' new office is ideally poised to service existing clients and penetrate this high-tech area. Drury Jenkins joins the Elytics management team to lead product-related services, professional services offerings, and relationships with service/delivery partners including systems integrators. Mr. Jenkins brings to Elytics 20 years of broad business and information technologies background spanning multiple industries and solution areas, specializing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Business Process Reengineering (BPR), data mining, data warehousing, business intelligence, and e-analytics. After holding business and technical positions including Director of IT, CIO, and vice president of BPR, Jenkins designed the Analytical eCRM Solution at the SAS Institute and was Director of the company's CRM Consulting Practice.
