StorageTek Selects MIS DecisionWare for Global CRM

MIS AG, a leading provider of business intelligence solutions, announced that StorageTek (Storage Technology Corp), a global information storage provider with headquarters in Louisville, Colo., has selected MIS AG's Collaborative Analytical Processing (CAP) approach to deploy a global business intelligence solution in its worldwide service organizations. MIS DecisionWare, MIS AG's software suite for budgeting, reporting, consolidation and analysis, provides the technical backbone behind CAP.

In 2000, StorageTek embarked on a critical financial management project that leveraged CAP's features of MIS AG's DecisionWare suite and now incorporates these features into its own business intelligence applications. StorageTek has looked to MIS AG to provide the tools needed to analyze product performance and profitability and gain insight into customer information such as service contract history, on both a local and global scale. Now, StorageTek will be able to drill down to access financials by product structure, currency conversion rates and case data.
