Ontario Securities Commission/MindfulEye Enter AgreementMindfulEye Inc announced that its subsidiary, MindfulEye.com Systems Inc, has entered into a technology development agreement with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC). Under the terms of the agreement OSC officials will use MindfulEye's proprietary artificial intelligence technology to monitor online information. In exchange, the OSC will assist MindfulEye in developing new features for its suite of Internet market surveillance products. MindfulEye Surveillance is the first service to be released by MindfulEye and is currently available in Canada through an exclusive distribution partnership with Canada NewsWire. MindfulEye Surveillance is designed specifically to help public companies track online information that could affect their stock price and that of their peer group. The Director of the Enforcement Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission, Michael Watson, says that the quick adoption of emerging Internet monitoring technology is a high priority for market regulators. "The OSC has a keen interest in technology that helps us monitor for misuse of online discussion and market manipulation. We are happy to have the opportunity to use the surveillance technology provided by MindfulEye." As part of its plan to aggressively roll out new product developments, MindfulEye is entering into a series of development relationships with market regulators like the OSC.
