Teradata CRM Version 4.0 Now Available

Teradata, a division of NCR Corporation, announced that its customer relationship management software, Teradata CRM Version 4.0, is now available to customers. This is the first step in the integration of NCR's Relationship Optimizer product line with the analytics and campaign management products of Ceres Integrated Solutions, a company NCR acquired in April 2000.

Teradata CRM Version 4.0 takes full advantage of the valuable customer information in a company's data warehouse, presenting marketers with analysis, action, evaluation and learning from within one tool. This capability enables them to engage in personalized and timely dialogues with their customers across all communication routes from Web sites, kiosks and ATMs to call centers and e-mail. Version 4.0 also provides a system infrastructure to manage the delivery of communication and response information between Teradata CRM and front-office operational systems. This includes an optional adapter that provides an easy interface between Siebel's call center application and Teradata CRM.
