DR. CLAUDIA IMHOFF RETURNS TO INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS INC

Dr. Imhoff, a world-renowned business intelligence and CRM expert, returns to lead ISI, a company dedicated to helping organizations design, implement and optimize advanced business intelligence systems.

Intelligent Solutions Inc (ISI), a leading provider of data management consulting, education and seminars to business and government organizations throughout the world, announced that its founder, Dr. Claudia Imhoff, one of the world's leading authorities on business intelligence solutions and customer relationship management, has returned to the company as president, effective immediately. Also returning with Dr. Imhoff are Mr. Jonathan G. Geiger, Ms. Joyce Norris-Montanari, and Ms. Lisa Loftis.

Dr. Imhoff and her senior team members rejoin ISI after spending the past year with Braun Consulting Inc.

Dr. Imhoff serves as an advisor to several corporations and industry associations, and is credited with a long and successful history of helping companies leverage their data to address critical business needs. She and her team are experts in designing, building and sustaining innovative business solutions that help organizations successfully compete in today's customer-driven economy.

Mr. Geiger, who will serve as Intelligent Solutions' executive vice president for Business Development has vast business intelligence, customer relationship management and quality management experience, and is a recognized leader in helping companies leverage information to gain business value. Ms. Norris-Montanari will serve as senior vice president and Chief Technologist. In that capacity, she will apply her extensive business intelligence, technical expertise, and numerous vendor relationships to help ISI's clients design their architecture and infrastructure, and deploy the associated technology. Ms. Loftis returns to the company as vice president and will employ her fifteen years of customer relationship management experience to help ISI's clients apply business intelligence to benefit their customers and provide profits to the enterprise.

Dr. Imhoff and her team are authors, renowned national and international speakers and seminar instructors, and frequent contributors to trade publications. In their recently released and well received work, "The Customer-Centric Enterprise" (John Wiley & Sons), Imhoff, Geiger, and Loftis apply the Corporate Information Factory (CIF) architecture to Customer Relationship Management. Together, they've authored over sixty trade journal articles and have co-authored four books with data warehousing pioneer Bill Inmon entitled "Building the Operational Data Store," "The Corporate Information Factory," "Exploration Warehousing", and "Data Stores, Data Warehousing & the Zachman Framework". In addition, Dr. Imhoff is a columnist for DM Review and eBusiness Advisor.
