Unica Corporation Receives Highest Score in Quaero Study

Unica Corporation announced that the company's award-winning Affinium Suite has earned the highest score in an independent study of 22 campaign management vendors. The just released study was conducted by Quaero Answers, the research and education arm of Quaero LLC, a leading CRM services provider. The Affinium Suite includes robust reporting, data mining and analysis, marketing campaign management, e-mail and Web personalization capabilities.

According to Quaero, information was collected from vendors through published sources, in-depth interviews, and product demonstrations. Each product and vendor was evaluated based on functional as well as technical and company criteria. Unica Corporation and its products received a score of 26 out of 27 possible stars across all nine categories of evaluation criteria. No other vendor earned a higher score.
