Oracle Outranks IBM and Microsoft in Comprehensive CRM StudyOracle provides the best software for e-businesses seeking to know their customers better. According to The Data Warehousing Institute's recently released study Harnessing Customer Information for Strategic Advantage, survey results show that product functionality is the most important criteria in evaluating CRM products. In the same study, Oracle topped three out of four key CRM functionality categories -- database, applications, and data warehousing tools -- and came in a close second in the fourth category, analytical tools. By comparison, IBM ranked third in the database category, fifth in data warehouse tools and eighth in analytical tools while Microsoft placed a distant second in both the database and data warehouse tools categories and fourth in analytical tools.
