Atraxis Strengthens Consulting and Product Portfolios

Atraxis, a leading provider of IT solutions for the airline industry, has acquired certain assets, including intellectual property, from idmon corporation. Atraxis will immediately enhance its consulting and product solutions with a new suite of Network Planning, Fleet Optimization and Schedule Management Solutions.

With the addition of these new products to its existing product portfolio, Atraxis is now able to provide customers with a full range of decision support solutions. From strategic network planning that can take place months before operation through to the tactical requirements of the day-to-day operation, Atraxis provides the tools that build successful, customer-oriented airlines, increasing profitability, productivity and efficiency.

axsNETWORK is Atraxis' fully integrated, open architecture, network planning software suite that allows airlines to constantly monitor the changing industry environment and plan, model and re-evaluate decisions accordingly. The modules include a comprehensive airline network analysis and modeling tool (Planner), a sophisticated fleet optimization and planning tool (Fleet Optimizer) as well as a tool enabling schedulers to view, create, modify and evaluate schedules in a multi-user, graphical environment (Schedule Manager).
