Reliadigm Announces Release of Reliadigm 2001

Reliadigm Inc announced release of its newest reliability software product, Reliadigm 2001. Reliadigm 2001 is the latest in Reliadigm's line of reliability tools based on technology licensed from and developed in collaboration with Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Reliadigm 2001 is an easy-to-use, highly configurable reliability data analysis tool that uses historical maintenance data to analyze plant and machinery performance. This software can be applied in almost any industry that employs machinery or complex manufacturing processes.

Reliadigm 2001 provides insight into machine performance, identifies possible areas for improvement, and quantifies the value of potential changes in performance. Typical applications for Reliadigm 2001 range from power plant systems to machine tool and semiconductor manufacturing.

Reliadigm 2001 is unique among reliability software in that it has a simple user interface that requires no expertise in reliability engineering or statistics. Its data import wizard allows data to be imported from most major CMMS systems, as well as spreadsheets, databases, and text files. Reliadigm 2001 does not require a mainframe computer system; it runs on standard Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, and 2000 workstations.

Reliadigm 2001 can be used for the following:

  • Analysis of operational, maintenance, and machine failure events
  • Prioritization of operation and maintenance options based on reliability impacts
  • Optimization of reliability and spare parts inventories
  • Yields cost justification for rebuilds, upgrades, and process improvements.

Reliadigm 2001 was created by Reliadigm Division of Avistar Inc, a subsidiary of PNM, Public Service Company of New Mexico, to meet the needs of industry for increasing productivity without increasing the asset base. In addition to the Reliadigm 2001 software package, Reliadigm offers a full range of Profit-Based Reliability services.
