Trillium Announces Global Technology Alliance Initiative

Trillium Software, a division of Harte-Hanks, has established a Global Technology Alliance Initiative as part of its growing partnership strategies program. The announcement confirms Trillium's commitment to provide organizations with a tightly integrated software solution embedded with the award-winning Trillium Data Quality standard for global, enterprise level customer data management. Trillium's partners are organizations that use technology to make their customers successful, profitable, and leaders in their industry. Several key partnership announcements will begin next week.

Trillium's Global Technology Alliance Initiative is made up of three types of partnerships: Technology Alliance Partners, Integration Partners and International Partners. There are a variety of benefits available to partners participating in the initiative:

  • Trillium's industry expertise on data quality and technical leadership,
  • access to developed software development kits (SDKs), software plug-ins and callable modules,
  • compensation plans that reward partners for sales referrals,
  • opportunities for consultants and systems integrators to align with the industry's leading total solution providers,
  • and co-marketing programs and opportunities to work with Trillium's marketing team to create awareness of partner solutions.

The Trillium Global Technology Alliance Initiative is comprised of well-recognized leaders in the business, technology, and consulting industry. Each has a history of success and has demonstrated its expertise in systems integration, hardware, software, training and other critical services. Some of Trillium's current Technology Alliance Partners include Compaq, NCR, Informatica, and Ascential Software.

With the Technology Alliance partners, Trillium teams with technology partner companies to create software solutions that embed Trillium Data Quality. Technology Alliance Partners are primarily software companies that provide Trillium customers with software products and applications that are integrated with, complement, and add value to the Trillium Software System.

Trillium's Integration Partners are industry leading systems integrators who have learned the value of Trillium Data Quality and recommend it to their customers, frequently as part of a much larger project. The Integration Partners are experts in Trillium Software System implementations, and represent some of the industry's leading providers of services such as business process redesign, hardware and software integration training, and vertical market expertise. Some of Trillium's Integration Partners include American Management Systems Inc. (AMS), Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), KPMG, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Unisys.

Trillium's International Partners program addresses the great success Trillium has achieved on a global basis; more than 20 percent of Trillium's revenues are derived from worldwide operations. This reflects its customers' need to implement projects involving the Trillium Software System across multiple countries in multiple languages. Trillium maintains offices and reseller relationships in the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific and Japan. Its International Partners program is designed to accommodate partners with specific expertise in certain geographic or vertical markets who wish to work alongside Trillium Software. Some of Trillium's International Partners include: Eniac, C.A. QARTA SISTEMAS, S.A. DE C.V., syn-T-sys, Ntech and Agrex of Japan.
