Cognizant and Pegasystems Partner to Deliver CRM Solutions

Cognizant Technology Solutions, a leading provider of custom software development, integration and maintenance services and Pegasystems announced that Cognizant has joined the Pegasystems Alliance Program and the companies will work together to provide organizations with customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. As a member of the Pegasystems Alliance Program, Cognizant will train and certify personnel on the PegaCRM rules-driven process automation solution for customer care.
