Teleran Selected to Help Merrill Lynch Manage Enterprise DW

Teleran Technologies, a leading provider of software for managing business intelligence assets, announced that its iSight and iGuard products have been chosen by Merrill Lynch's Distributed Services Group to improve the performance and business value of the firm's enterprise data warehouse.

iSight provides Merrill Lynch with the intelligence needed to more effectively leverage customer information by profiling the use of all analytic applications that access the firm's data warehouse. Based upon iSight's intelligence, iGuard's centralized access policies automatically guide and assist business users as they interact with information, reducing errors and improving user satisfaction. Together, iSight and iGuard increase the productivity of Merrill's fast-growing data warehouse user community while reducing IT support and infrastructure costs.
