Purple Solutions Ships PurpleCRM 1.7.1 Product Upgrade

Purple Solutions, provider of customer relationship management solutions for managing sales force automation functions, announced shipment of the latest version of PurpleCRM with the release of PurpleCRM 1.7.1 product upgrade.

PurpleCRM provides sales staff and management teams with dynamic contact and enterprise management tools, powerful analytics, forecasting capabilities and customizable reports to manage all aspects of customer sales functions. PurpleCRM runs on Microsoft Exchange and SQL Server and features an interface layered into Outlook that provides sales staff with a recognizable, easy-to-use product that instantly increases productivity.

Journaling functionality is enhanced in PurpleCRM 1.7.1 including journaling incoming emails against contacts and importing journal and task/activities into PurpleCRM forms. In addition, new functionality to create and record task information and integrate the information into personal task lists or PurpleCRM group task lists is available. Tasking activity is also functional in all journal entries.

Composition of email notes from within PurpleCRM 1.7.1 now allows users the flexibility of being able to gather information from a wide variety of sources for inclusion in messages. Actions within PurpleCRM 1.7.1 can also be customized to include new user specific functionality. The overall user experience with PurpleCRM 1.7.1 results in greater ease-of-use, combined with added flexibility and a more powerful solution to task sales force functions.
