Sagent Free Data Warehousing Seminar Series

Sagent, a leading provider of Business Intelligence solutions, announced that its is sponsoring a free 16-city, cross-country seminar series entitled: "Building the eCRM Data Warehouse: Open Strategies for Customer Intelligence." Early response to this event has been tremendous, with more than 500 attendees registered.

As part of this five-day series, Sagent will present how to help companies integrate multiple channels and disparate sources of customer information to create a single, comprehensive view of a customer. Additionally, attendees will learn how to dramatically increase the accuracy of customer information to optimize marketing, sales and service; combine third-party data with internal customer information to analyze, segment and target prospects and customers; visually forecast customer profitability and seasonal buying behaviors; and easily distribute customer intelligence to key front-office applications and enterprise marketing automation solutions.
