Liveware Publishing Ships v.9.0 SQL of R&R Report Writer

Liveware Publishing released version 9.0 SQL of its flagship R&R Report Writer package. With it, Liveware rounds out it product line and makes the "Desktop Data Warehouse" a reality.

Version 9.0 SQL contains many of the enhancements pioneered in the Xbase edition released this past April. These include e-mail bursting, rich parameteRRs, a report librarian and an updated user interface. Combining SQL with Xbase means that R&R gives users a virtual data warehouse on their desktop at a fraction of the cost in time and money of a traditional data warehouse.

Liveware has improved upon, but kept R&R's core interface. Its design, which shuns the busy-ness of competing products, retains its historic simplicity, yet gives access to incredible flexibility and power. Pricing for Version 9.0 SQL starts at $500 per license. The "Desktop Data Warehouse" starts at $700 per license.
