Accrue's D'Albis Presents at Technology Exchange Week

Accrue Software Inc, a leading provider of e-business analysis solutions for powering Web-based customer interactions, released that Accrue Chief Architect, John D'Albis, spoke at Technology Exchange Week New York (TECHXNY) D'Albis will also present at ACI's Enterprise Data Mining for e-Business conference in Boston.

On June 27, D'Albis participated in a panel discussion at Technology Exchange Week's PC EXPO Forum titled "Quality Data for Real-time Customer Information Profiles." Moderated by Jeff Rubin of Network Computing Magazine, the panel discussion focused on customer profiling data quality issues. Panel participants discussed available tools for enhancing data quality and developed a step-by-step strategy for improving data quality throughout the enterprise so companies can achieve the full benefits of customer profiling.

D'Albis will also present at ACI's Enterprise Data Mining for e-Business conference on "Using Data Mining to Close the eCRM Gap" on July 17, 2001, at 1:30 p.m. The presentation will include an in-depth look at how integration of data mining and eCRM applications can increase profit and customer retention, as well as a discussion of the future use of data mining technologies within analytic applications.

"Successful e-businesses need to understand their customers' needs and be pro-active in the delivery of required products and services," said John D'Albis, chief architect at Accrue Software. "This intimate understanding of customer demand requires the deployment of automated data collection, analysis, and reporting within a scalable analysis platform. Both Technology Exchange Week's PC EXPO and ACI's Enterprise Data Mining for e-Business conference have dedicated sessions to help e-businesses understand, interpret and act upon customer data. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience in this area to guide attendees on the technologies that make a successful e-business."
