YellowBrix Deploys ProactiveNet for Online Performance

The ProactiveNet solution acts as a root cause console to rapidly and accurately determine the underlying cause of performance slowdowns, and present the analysis in real-time. Equipped with these unique identification capabilities, YellowBrix's technical support personnel can see at a glance when performance degradation is developing anywhere on the system, and immediately determine what corrective measures are necessary to resolve the problem. As a result, performance problems are quickly identified and targeted for corrective action, thereby avoiding the occurrence of "all-hands-on-deck events," requiring each operations group (network, servers, firewalls, database, etc.) to scramble to find answers.

YellowBrix is also using the ProactiveNet Keynote Integration Link to import data from the Keynote Perspective Web measurement service at 15-minute intervals directly into the ProactiveNet analytics engine. This link provides a seamless way to integrate and correlate performance data from outside the firewall with data gathered on the various system components inside the firewall, to provide a performance view that extends to virtually any user anywhere in the world.
