Alterian Expands Globally with Headquarters in Chicago

Alterian Inc, a provider of high-performance comparative data processing technology, expands operations in North America with headquarters located in downtown Chicago and a satellite office in Boston.

Alterian's technology enables rapid application development of comparative data processing solutions and currently powers a wide range of applications including, customer intelligence, consumer dynamics, data mining, fraud detection and network traffic analysis solutions. Alterian's development environment also makes it possible for companies to seamlessly integrate this new form of data processing into their existing operational systems and business workflow process.

Alterian's North American Headquarters is located on 1 N. LaSalle in Chicago and includes a fully operational Customer Center, training facilities and development lab. The North American Headquarters includes more than 40 employees in sales, marketing, operations and development.

The Alterian executive team in North America is led by David Eldridge, CEO; Joe Fuller, CFO; Mike Roy, vice president, sales; Kirk Fallbacher, vice president, marketing; and Al Ramp, vice president, professional services. Brann Data, the strategic data services branch of Brann Worldwide, the largest direct marketing organization in the world, recently partnered with Alterian to create a Web-based solution for its customers. Ken Shearer, executive vice president of Brann Data, said, "We were pleased when we learned that Alterian is now established in North America, allowing us to form a closer strategic partnership.
